We would like to find a caring responsible babysitter for our son. I am a stay at home mom, but we would like to have someone we trust that can stay with him when we want to go out, have an appointment, when I need a break, or whatever occassional reason may come.

I am really trying to cultivate respectful parenting, holding consistent boundaries, but few so that he can have as much freedom to learn as possible. I don't want him to be constantly entertained, sometimes your job will be to just sit there and observe him without interrupting his focus. Without screens.

I would like the person taking care of him to help me maintain that. If you love being outside and exploring while keeping a baby safe that's a major benefit.

I would like you to be communicative, and what I mean by that is be able to voice any concerns, and be able to talk through my needs and vision for him.

I speak little norsk so English is preferable. But you can speak Norwegian to him.
