As a Delivery Manager/Project Manager, you will: 
• Own customer deliveries from contract signature through commissioning and stable operations
• Plan and execute deliveries in line with Hive’s delivery model
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
• Ensure delivered solutions are operationally ready and sustainable for customer use
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, support, operations, and customers
• Drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making across stakeholders
• Develop delivery plans, milestones, and gate reviews
• Track and follow up KPIs related to delivery performance, capacity, and quality
• Act as the customer’s primary operational point of contact
• Handle deviations, changes, and expectation management throughout the delivery lifecycle

Preferred Skills and Experience: 
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in technical deliveries
• Experience delivering complex solutions combining hardware and software
• Background from industrial, logistics, automation, or similar operational environments
• Strong planning, structuring, and prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across disciplines, teams, and organizational levels
• Understanding of field deployments, piloting, commissioning, and transition to operations
• Experience with risk management and change management in delivery projects

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Cybernetics, or similar
• Experience integrating or supporting complex technical systems in real-world environments
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to travel for customer-site commissioning and testing
• It is an advantage, but not a requirement, to have experience with:
• Autonomous systems, robotics, or advanced automation
• Retrofit or brownfield projects
• Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Change management in operational or industrial environments
