What you will do
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work at the cash registers
• Handle physical and stressful tasks (and situations). Around 100 cruise ships are expected to stop in our small port in the summer of 2026
• Hanle deliveries, sometimes heavy ones
• Work at high speed and multitask constantly
• Clean, organize and stock refill, making the shop inviting always
• Contribute to a positive team environment with humor and good spirit
• Use our Upsell app to improve sales and performance
• Be flexible with different shifts (store opening hours: 07:45--22:00)

What we're looking for
• Follow company rules, routines, and values
• A friendly, service-minded attitude and strong customer-care focus

• Polite, kind, and fair individuals
• Advanced English skills: additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese are a major advantage
• Experience in retail, fashion or grocery store is appreciated, but a positive attitude is a must

Availability

Accommodation

The company offers staff accommodation to our team members. You will have your own private room, while common areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas are shared with colleagues.

Living in staff accommodation is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient, and cooperative, and who feel comfortable sharing spaces and everyday routines with others.

This type of accommodation is best suited for those who enjoy a community-style living environment. Rent is deducted directly from your salary and includes electricity, internet, bed linens, towels, and a bicycle.
