Egon Lillehammer is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation.
As Kitchen Manager, you are the head of the kitchen and accountable for ensuring efficient, high-quality, and profitable daily operations.
This is both a demanding and highly rewarding role. The position requires strong presence on the kitchen floor to secure quality, structure, and consistency in all aspects of the operation. Your responsibilities will include daily kitchen management, HACCP routines, food quality, cost control, staff scheduling, and general operational follow-up. The number of kitchen employees typically ranges from 6 to 10, depending on the size and activity level of the restaurant.
As a Kitchen Manager at Egon, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from trusted Norwegian suppliers. All sauces and dressings are prepared in-house according to Egon’s own recipes, allowing you to work hands-on with the product and maintain strong culinary standards.

Kitchen Managers participate in national and regional leadership gatherings, as well as dedicated training sessions connected to new menu launches. These meetings focus on experience sharing, professional development, and continuous improvement of the Egon concept. Great emphasis is also placed on social activities to strengthen culture, teamwork, and shared values.
