We are looking for On-Call Hospitality Staff to join the team at Mesh. You will assist in the execution of our events and support our daily operations, ensuring that everything from professional seminars to evening social gatherings is handled with care and efficiency.

This is a flexible position well-suited for students or individuals looking for part-time work. The workload is seasonal, with peaks during the summer and Christmas event seasons.

What you'll do
• Event Rigging & Derigging – Handling the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including moving furniture and preparing the venue according to the floor plan.
• Event Execution – Managing bar sales, table service, and maintaining the cleanliness and flow of the venue during events.
• Workbar & Coworking Support – Taking on ad-hoc shifts in our Workbar and assisting with various operational tasks across the coworking space as needed.
• Service Delivery – Ensuring a high standard of hospitality for our members and guests at all times.

What we're looking for
• Reliable and proactive – You take initiative and thrive in an active, physical work environment.
• Service-minded – You have a professional demeanor and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Flexible schedule – You are available to work evenings and weekends, with occasional daytime shifts.
• Relevant experience – Previous experience from bars, restaurants, or event production is preferred.
• Interest in our ecosystem – You are motivated by working in a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Logistics

Work will take place across both our Oslo locations (Mesh Youngstorget and Mesh Nationaltheatret). Shifts are scheduled based on our event calendar and vary according to the season.
