Benchmark Genetics is a global leader in aquaculture genetics. We are now seeking a Data Analytics & Product Performance Specialist to support the documentation and communication of product performance within our salmon portfolio.

In this role, you will collect, analyse, and interpret performance data from customers, R&D trials, internal breeding programmes, and external sources. You will translate complex biological and production data into clear, credible insights that support product development, customer decision-making, and value-based pricing.

Working closely with Product Marketing, R&D, Bioeconomics and Commercial teams, you will play a key part in shaping future product strategy and customer value propositions.

We are looking for someone with:
• MSc in aquaculture, genetics, biology, data science, or a related field
• Documented experience with data analytics, statistics, and performance documentation
• Strong skills in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar
• Solid understanding of global salmon aquaculture
• Experience presenting technical results to both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with breeding, genetics, farm production data, or aquaculture trials is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial
