We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on developing advanced crane and lifting equipment for offshore and maritime applications.
In this role, you will collaborate with skilled professionals in electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical engineering to deliver innovative solutions.
You will work on world-leading products such as offshore cranes, pipe-handling systems, wave-compensated lifting equipment, and specialized winches for rigs and vessels. Our team is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in motion compensation and remote-controlled/autonomous lifting systems.
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electrical power systems and instrumentation for cranes and lifting devices
• Prepare technical documentation within your discipline
• Provide technical support during testing phases
• Develop modernization solutions for equipment currently in operation
Qualifications
• Higher education in electrical engineering or instrumentation
• Background in electrical engineering within offshore or maritime industries is desirable
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as EPLAN and/or AutoCAD is an advantage
