Sales Executive
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Oslo team and drive our direct sales. You will own the full sales cycle---prospecting, pitching, and closing deals---while building strong, lasting relationships and driving significant growth in the Norwegian market.
At Nimblr, you’ll actively sell our cloud-based cybersecurity training to businesses, helping them protect their organisations against evolving cyber threats. You’ll work closely with a talented, ambitious team across Europe, in a role that gives you real influence, uncapped commission, and the chance to make a tangible impact on the future of cybersecurity🌟
Key Responsibilities🗝️
• Identify and target new business opportunities, building a pipeline of qualified leads
• Establish strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Present and demonstrate Nimblr’s products and services to potential customers, clearly communicating the value proposition
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to negotiations and deal closure
What we're looking for 🔍
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably within cybersecurity
• Fluency in Norwegian is essential, with strong communication skills in English
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
• Confident in taking initiative for outbound calls to potential customers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong technical understanding or ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
• Existing network in the IT industry in Norway
