• Monitoring and reporting product quality and field performance towards key OEM customers, acting as the quality interface
• Representing Quality in core R&D processes, including projects, NPI, ECN/ACR activities, internal audits and certification work
• Leading fault analysis and internal improvement initiatives in close cooperation with R&D and factory teams
• Owning customer complaint handling, including coordination of failure analysis and preparation, follow-up and closure of 8D reports
• Analysing field data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
• Contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Business Management System (BMS) in Norway and Switzerland.
Professional qualifications and skills/leadership skills for the role

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in quality management, risk management or similar roles
• Strong understanding of relevant quality standards (ISO and others)
• An analytical mindset with solid understanding of data, statistics and business impact
• Proven ability to support root cause analysis using data from field, factory and customer sources
• BSc or MSc in Electronics or a related field (relevant experience may compensate)
• Education in Quality Assurance or extensive practical experience
• Project management training and/or Lean Six Sigma experience is an advantage
Personal attributes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness in an international environment
• Structured, well-organised and positive in your approach
• Able to adapt to changing needs and make sound judgments beyond predefined routines
Other
• Fluent in English, with strong skills in standard IT business tools
• Some business travel should be expected
