Operations Technician -- 100% position
Tasks
• General maintenance and upkeep of apartments and building
• Support and follow-up of proper documentation and internal control (IK) related to the properties
• Maintain overview of service logs, checklists, and statutory requirements for the building
• Contact, coordination, and collaboration with suppliers and partners connected to service agreements and inspections
• Handling deliveries and incoming goods
• Storage upkeep, organizing, and basic logistics
• Assist housekeeping within operational capacity
• Work in close collaboration with the building owner
Personal qualifications
• Experience with renovation such as painting, flooring, basic carpentry, and similar work
• Fluent in English -- Norwegian is a plus
• Good communication skills
• A “can do” mentality
• Team player, independent, reliable, and structured
